Theoretical basis of readiness of teachers for organization of scientific events

چکیده
The article considers the theoretical aspects of readiness, in particular, modern definitions this concept are given and its levels (long temporary) distinguished. It is noted on a fairly wide range existing scientific research, which testifies to relevance, complexity significance problem. generalizing provisions category «readiness for activity» structure specified. Based analysis numerous research positions, author’s definition teacher’s readiness organization events as holistic, integrative, complex content personality formation proposed, characterized by set motivational, content, activity, communicative information components ensures speed actualization necessary experience qualitative implementation tasks. identified phenomenon characterized, interrelated complementary. Taking into account dynamic nature events, stages considered, namely: beginning, successful functioning. principles rational at level distinguished, particular: an integrated approach formulation solution problems, thinking, planning, dynamism, collectivity, self-organization, economy, criticality self-criticism, businessmanship, energy, practicality. that main mechanisms studied are: state support development science, saturation, creative time management, friendly atmosphere effective interaction team, professional interest, internal incentives motives self-development, self-improvement self-determination. relevance system postgraduate education condition increasing his professionalism stage social transformations was emphasized.
